Ordering & Item Sourcing

We do ordering and item sourcing for our customers. Whatever you may need we may be able to get it to you. If you request an item simply contact us and let us know what you want and we will provide you with a free quotation for the requested item(s). You are not obligated to purchase with us. We are always satisfied in helping our clients make the best purchase decision when trying to get what they want.

Before any order is done A deposit of 70% (seventy per cent) of the cost must be paid and 30% upon Delivery of the goods (Subject to change before order is made). Once the customer agrees to the terms of this Website the order is processed and the customer receive a receipt of purchase and deposit. (70% or the amount stated by RS Global Sale & Service JA).

All purchases made through R.S Global Sale & Service Ja is final once the item is shipped, and the customer accept our terms of use and policies as laid out via this website and/or any verbal or written agreement with the business owner is binding.

Cancellation is not acceptable after 3 hours of the customer agreeing to purchasing terms as items shipped or in transit cannot be returned. 

Customers may send us link and description of the items they wish to purchase as well as we may source and provide details about your request. Once the item is received if its not as described we will communicate with the relevant supplier for a replacement or refund. Where the item is no longer needed or by any reason not deemed acceptable no refund or return is guaranteed. The customer may choose however to return the item themselves via the local post office and we will assist in communicating with the supplier to get relevant return label. However RSGSJA is not responsible for any loss or damage.

RSGSJA is not responsible for products that are refurbished or purchased through third party sellers.
